Workflow of the Future: Focus on the User

Permanent changes to working practices are now established as consequences of societal change brought about by the pandemic. Hybrid or permanently remote working has fundamentally impacted workflows such as discovery, content access modes, and entitlements, amongst many other factors. To manage costs and protect intellectual property, organizations are looking for innovative strategies, management systems, and processes to help them innovate and compete more effectively.  

Fast, efficient and easy access to standards in the user's workflow has never been more important. Our next Workflow of the Future event on 9 November at 10 AM EST looks at the needs of the standards user and what is being done to address those needs. There will be plenty of opportunity for participation in the discussion.
