The year 2020 has been a year for the record books in many ways, and library and information managers have had to pivot in ways that would have seemed impossible a year ago.
On Tuesday, December 8, information expert Mary Ellen Bates will team up with Copyright Clearance Center to host a panel of innovative information professionals who have met the challenges of 2020 and found new ways to continue their mission while adjusting to a new work environment. These information professionals will discuss the lessons they have learned and the new approaches they are taking in 2021 to provide valued information services and respond to new needs.
