We are delighted to announce that Paul Michelman, editor-in-chief of the MIT Sloan Management Review, will moderate a discussion with co-authors of the soon-to-be-released The Technology Fallacy, How People Are the Real Key to Digital Transformation. Professor Gerald Kane of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and Anh Nguyen Phillips, senior manager with Deloitte’s Center for Integrated Research will share their thoughts at the Industry Forum and all attendees will receive a signed copy of the book.

“To create value today, humans need to be able to use technology in the most effective ways,” Michelman says. “What Gerry Kane and Anh Phillips and their co-authors are saying in The Technology Fallacy is that the way we manage human beings must be retooled to take advantage of new technologies. But the fundamental issue here is the human beings and not the technology.”
