Scientists spend a lot of time sifting through patents to find relevant material to answer specific questions. Join Dr. Thorsten Schweikardt from Boehringer Ingelheim and RightsDirect in our webinar to hear how he and his colleagues developed a patent analysis workflow, making a previously difficult task achievable by using text mining to prioritize patent review in order to save time and cut costs. Dr. Thorsten Schweikardt will describe Boehringer Ingelheim’s analysis pipeline, review tools such as Linguamatics I2E and KNIME, and discuss some challenges and potential future enhancements in this process.
